I have always been a creative person by either, painting, using my camera, cooking, or re-arranging my room as a teenager. My mother has always had a passion to design and I had learned a lot by watching her. It was not until after college I realized that I wanted to create my own design business. I set myself up for success by earning a business degree, and being hired as an accountant. My accounting career has really taught me that I am not made to analyze financial reports, but my purpose is to create beautiful spaces and bring happiness to others. I do not regret working in Corporate America. It genuinely pushed me to chase my dreams and put me in a comfortable position to run my own company.
